- Coconut milk 1 can
- Creamy peanut butter 1 c
- Garlic, chopped
- Lime juice 2T
- Soy sauce2T
Blend, taste, adjust seasoning. Reserve as a dipping sauce and/or brush on the grilling skewers for added flavor complexity.
