In the future…

there will be long sunny evenings with  cool breeze whispering through the trees.  The smell of backyard grills wafting through the yards.  Those moments will call for a wine that is equally at home being sipped by the glass as paired with goats cheese and ratatouille.

The 2015 Alexandra Nicole Viognier would fit that bill. It smells and tastes like the flavors of high summer, redolent with apricots, garden flowers, almonds, and chalk.  The wine’s round palate give it a full body.  It would pair equally well with cheese and salad or grilled chicken with tomato.

For the time being a glass of this bottled sunshine is enough for dreams and plans for the summer to come.  Cheers!
