I enjoy cooking with the seasons. You can found most Sundays at Seattle’s Ballard Farmers Market weather be damned. I cook with recipes and without. I love to cook cauliflower year round. It is an under appreciated vegetable that deserves more credit for its abilities. If left alone with a flat of berries I have been known to finish one in an afternoon. I am happiest with a glass of Nebbiolo in my hand.
